Terms:  We accept payment for all online purchases by credit card or PayPal.

Claims:  All Claims must be made no later than 5 days after receipt of the merchandise.  If there is damage to the shipping container, please advise the carrier and take a photograph for your records.  Damage incurred during commercial shipment must be claimed from the carrier.  Our shipping point is Factory FOB.

Returns:  If we have erred in filling your order, we will make every attempt to correct it.  All returns are to be sent freight prepaid.  Non-stock or specially designed merchandise will not be accepted for return and we reserve the right to determine if the purchaser has abused the goods in question.  All returned goods must have a return authorization form and a copy of the original invoice attached and included with the shipment. RGA forms are available online.  Upon completion of the online form, we will issue a RGA within 24 hours.  Orders returned due to customer error will have a 15% restocking charge subject to the condition of the return.  All items must be returned in the original packaging, and in new and unused condition.

Quotes: All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specifically stated on the quotation.  All quotations are conditional and non-binding.

Warranty:  All products are warrantied for 12 months from the date of delivery.  Please use the Synergytoolinginc.com website to register your product within 14 days of receipt of the item(s).
